    EIG's design concept consists of the replacement of the entire existing diesel generating power plant by installing 4 MW of temporary generation, 7.5 MW of new highly efficient diesel generating power plant, the implementation of 3 MW of solar photovoltaic, 2 MW of battery storage and 750KW of hydro power.
